Repair floor
We repair wood, laminate and vinyl plank floors. We handle insurance claims as well. We can remove the damaged area and weave in new flooring.

We can sand and refinish your floor in either natural (clear) or stain ( a color you choose) . We custome make all our own colors. And we use oil or water base urathine or tounge oil finishes. The process is the same, we and the floor down to bare wood, then apply either a sealer or stain followed by two coats of finish.

After the contractor is done moving the wall, changing the archway or expanding the room, we’ll come in and weave in new flooring to match the existing floor, then sand and finish the rooms to blend everything in.

We sand to decks so they can be painted by you or we can coat them with a deck sealer.

solid wood floor
These are typically nailed or glued down floors. Each plank is made of a single piece of wood. They have the thickest wear layer. And do not do well when it comes to moisture. They come pre-finished and un-finished.
engineered wood floor
This type of flooring is made like plywood, but the top and bottom layers are made of the same or similar wood. They come pre-finished, and can be nailed, glued or floated. Because of their inner core they hold up a little better to moisture, so they can be installed over cerment.
Laminate floor
Like the engineered wood floor, laminate floors are also a sandwich material. The inner core is particle board and the two outer layers are melamine. The top layer has a wood image and an aluminium finish imposed to it. This makes it very dorable. This floor is floated over a foam padding.
vinyl plank floor
like the laminate this too is a floating floor, but does not need a padding. And since it’s 100% vinyl it is 100% water prof so it has no problem going in the basement.
